Shipping Duration:

The shipping details for each individual product is mentioned on the product detail page. Depending on the products in your cart, your shipment may be split into two packages and shipping dates may vary. For the final shipping date of your order, please refer to the shipping details section on your cart page.

All our products are shipped out between 1 - 10 working days depending on the products. In situations beyond PropShop24’s control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, PropShop24 will ensure delivery in the earliest possible time frame.

Shipping Charges:

For orders above Rs. 1000, the shipping is free.
For orders below Rs. 1000, a shipping charge of Rs. 75 is applicable per order.

Returns & Exchanges:

PropShop24 has a no questions asked return policy. Kindly email us on sales@propshop24.com and we would take care of the rest.

• Did not like the product?

  Just send us an email within 7 days of the order delivery and we would initiate the return process

• Exchange/ Returns:
  • Once you have requested for a return/ exchange, the product will be collected within 7 working days
  • All products must be in perfect condition, with packaging, labels, and tags not tampered with, in order for the products to be eligible for return
  • Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality
• Refunds:
  • All prepaid orders will be refunded back to the source account after the quality check is complete. For COD orders, a refund link would be sent to you via SMS/ Email & WhatsApp on the date assured by the team on email
  • Shipping charges refund of Rs. 75 will be processed only for damaged/ defective/ missing items/ wrong products received
• Self-shipping:

  Sometimes, certain pincodes are non-serviceable for reverse pickup. In such cases we may ask you to self-ship the products to us. In case we do:

  • Please dispatch the products within 72 hours after the return request is raised
  • Email us the shipping receipt and we would reimburse the shipping charges to you 😊
  • We recommend that you use India Post courier services only for shipping the products
• Personalized products return:

  Personalized products are customized items tailor made to fulfill a customer's requirement. These products are one of a kind & cannot be added back to the shelf. Hence, returns, exchanges or cancellations is not possible for this special category

• Received Damaged/ Defective/ Missing items/ Wrong products?
  • Please email us within 48 hours of the order delivery with the pictures of the packaging box and an unboxing video showing the shipping label
  • Incase of missing products in the box, we will verify the same through the CCTV installed at our packing stations
  • Once sufficient details have been received by the team, we will review it to proceed for the next step of replacement/ refund
  • Please do not accept the delivery if the packaging box is tampered

Cancellations:

• The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location
• For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the same payment account used during the transaction via the payment gateway, in case of order cancellations or failed transactions with debited amounts. Timeline for same would be 5-7 working days
• PropShop24 reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
